Description:

Job: Fractional Growth Officer

Location: Remote (USA)

Type: Fractional / 1099 Contractor

Duration: Minimum 6-month contract, Hourly at 20-60 hours per month

Cost: $75/hour

Key Responsibilities:

You direct us based on your needs on a monthly basis.

  • Capacity Building and Data Organization

  • Grant Research, Strategy, & Execution/Application

  • Sponsorship Research, Strategy, & Execution/Application

  • In-Kind Donation Research, Strategy, & Execution/Application

  • Collaboration with Leadership Team

  • Strategy & Business Coaching, 2-4 x monthly

  • Volunteer Acquisition Support for Sustainability

  • Funder Cultivation Support including sending emails, making phone calls, & tracking

  • Basic Marketing Support, e.g. Power Prospectus, Website Copy, Newsletters
