We Help You With:

  • Full Proposal Development!
We write (or co‑write) compelling, funder‑aligned proposals: narratives, budgets, logic models, evaluations, and supporting documents. We are hands-on, so that you have LESS work to do, not more. After we gather your information in the first month, your commitment is typically only meeting for 30-45 minutes weekly.

  • Grant Strategy & Planning
Mapping your funding future: identifying and prioritizing grant opportunities, developing your 12‑24-month funding roadmap, and preparing your organization to win.

  • Post‑Award Support & Compliance
Once you win, we can help you follow through: reporting, compliance, budget tracking, and relationship management with funders.

  • Capacity Building
Strengthening your internal processes - grant documentation, team support, review/feedback systems - so you can scale grant work without burnout.

  • End‑to‑End Partnership
You won’t just receive a grant submission - you’ll receive coaching, revisions, strategy, implementation support, and follow‑up. We are big on communication and transparency so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when. And we’re just a text message, email, or weekly strategy session away.

Eligibility / Before We Start:

  1. Compliance: You must have active, IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. If not, a fiscal sponsor with 501(c)(3) status can apply on your behalf. Your organization should also be in good standing with your state (usually through the Secretary of State, but requirements vary by state).

  2. Mission: A clear and focused mission statement that aligns with your work and intended impact.

  3. Programs: Ideally, your organization runs active programs serving at least 100 individuals annually, with measurable outcomes and some form of data tracking. If you're early-stage, we can help you design a compelling pilot.

  4. Financials: You'll need your most recent IRS Form 990 (or 990-EZ/990-N) and a separate nonprofit bank account. We can support you in developing both organizational and program budgets.

  5. Board of Directors: A functioning board that meets regularly, ideally practices 100% board giving (even small amounts), and discloses affiliations with no conflicts of interest. If your board is mostly friends or family, we recommend expanding by recruiting outside members — through online board postings, your nonprofit bank, or local leaders.
