Job: Fractional Growth Officer

Location: Remote (USA)

Type: Contract / Fractional

Payment: Starting at $1,125 / 15 - 60 hours per month

Duration: Minimum six-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capacity Building and Data Organization

  • Grant Research, Strategy, & Execution/Application

  • Sponsorship Research, Strategy, & Execution/Application

  • In-Kind Donation Research, Strategy, & Execution/Application

  • Collaboration with Leadership Team

  • Strategy & Business Coaching, 2-4 x monthly

  • Volunteer Job Descriptions, Vetting, Obtainment, & Training for Sustainability
