    • Your mission is thriving, but grant-writing demands precious time you can't spare

    • Your organization is fully compliant with both state and federal regulations and is recognized as a tax-exempt entity.  For more details on the IRS's definition, please click HERE.

    • You have served at least 100 individuals over the last 12 months with your current programs or have a well-defined pilot project/program. 

    • You can commit to strategy calls and maintain timely, professional communication via email, text, and phone. You agree to uphold the highest ethical standards by sharing honest and transparent information about your organization, programs, and impact, even in a remote consulting relationship.

    We do NOT help for-profits with start-up or operating grant research or applications.

Government Grant Applications

    • After assessing scope, client eligibility, and competitiveness, we quote per project/application based on the estimated hours from initiation to submission. Typically, federal or state grants require 30-60 hours and at least three months to complete. From Grant initiation to submission, we work with you on: 

    • Assistance with required registrations (e.g., SAM.gov, Grants.gov) as needed

    • Project/Program Design Assistance and Research

    • Narrative Writing and Budget Development, including highlighting relevant past performance and track record.

    • SMARTIE Goals, LOGIC Models, and Milestone Planning

    • Conducting a risk assessment as often required by federal funders

    • Help in identifying and securing necessary partnerships or letters of support

    • Project Management

    • Developing a plan for sustaining the project beyond the grant period

    • Ensuring all technical submission requirements are met (e.g., specific file formats, page limits)

    • Multiple rounds of review and revision, potentially including external reviewers

    • Assistance with responding to funder questions or requests for additional information

    • Strategies for meeting any required cost-sharing or matching funds
