With an Urban Planning Master's (MUPP) and industry experience at Taylor Morrison, Alex merges lived insights with technical expertise to help organizations prevent housing insecurity. Relevant coursework from her MUPP degree includes: Urban Planning History & Theory, Development Finance, Supportive Housing, and Plan-Making Studio.

What's Included?

  • 1-3 monthly grant submissions, including at least one high-value state or federal grant every six months.

  • Complete proposal writing and submission

  • Monthly funding pipeline updates

  • Strategy calls with your dedicated grant consultant 2-4 x monthly (depending on your availability and needs)

  • Budget development and coordination with a bookkeeper, as needed

  • Post-award management, including full grant reporting and compliance monitoring

  • SAM.gov, Candid/Guidestar, and grant portal registration and maintenance, as needed

  • Policy and procedure development, as desired

  • Logic model creation

  • Emergency technical support (response within 24 hours)

  • Grants calendar and deadline/project management

  • Templates and tools for internal capacity building

Duration:

  • Minimum: 6 months

  • Standard: 12 months

  • Automatic monthly renewal option available

  • A 30-day notice is required for service changes or cancellation

  • Medium: Annual Budget between $1 million - $5 million
